This development features zero net energy homes with 2 beds and 2 beds, measuring 1,171 sq. ft. and is built on one of the world’s finest hot spring aquifers. The 20 homes each include an additional 636 sq. ft. ADU, swimming pool, pergola, hot tub, and fire pit.
Rancho Mirage, CA
This southern California development has 30 beautifully designed zero net energy homes, each with an ADU and inspiring views of mountainous desert landscapes.
The 3 bed / 2.5 bath homes are 2,299 sq. ft. and include an additional 2 bed / 1 bath ADU with a 2 car garage on the property, and access to the community’s swimming pool, cabanas, hot tubs, fire pits, and outdoor showers.
