Schedule a Site Assessment
Your second step in your process to building a 3D printed home, is to schedule your site assessment. Put down a $1,000 deposit which will initiate an in-person visit to your site. Budget planning is mapped out along with the planning of your house.

The best part is, Mighty Buildings and their partners take on all of the responsibility to make your process less complicated. You get the estimated budget upfront but don't have to take care of any project management during the building process.

Development Assessment

STEP 2
Development Assessment
The entitlement service is where your 3D printed home process starts to get rolling. You sign the contracts for design preparation and handle documentation for future permits on the site. This step in the process generally takes one or two months to complete.
You start by signing contracts and paying a retainer fee for a soil report and engineering plans. Your buyer's contract establishes the roadmap to delivery. Other plans such as the property survey and MEP, structural, and architectural drawings are written for permits.

Permitting Process
Your 3D printed home needs to get approved for site building. All of your permit applications to your local jurisdiction are submitted. You pay the remainder of your Agreed Purchase Price and wait for approval of building and zoning plans. After the plans are approved, fabrication begins!
Zoning requirements like whether your property has historical preservation and proper separation are also determined for approval. Building requirements such as fire safety and parking requirements need permits along with municipal services. As you can see, getting approved for permits does take time. Luckily, Step 2 rids you of any worry because the Mighty Building Team assesses if your property should get approved or not after submission.

Delivery
Probably the most exciting part of building your 3D printed home. Delivery should only take about one month to complete and you don't have to do anything at this point. Mighty Building takes care of the fabrication and all of the onsite work. This includes truck delivery and craning.
The assembly and foundation are completed which equals 40% of your Agreed Purchase Price. Mighty Buildings will use its patented material which has several advantages over regular concrete. Your house will be resilient and fire resistant built to last. After the 3D printed home is built, a final inspection is done and you sign your Bill of Sale.

At this point, your new 3D printed home is ready for you. You get to enjoy all of the amazing benefits of having it.
Mighty Buildings ensures that your house is durable and built with high quality. Mighty Buildings offers you a 10 year warranty on structural systems and a 1 year warranty on interior finishes.
